Marci Walther is the President and Co-Founder of Lennon-Aid. She is a teacher in the New Braunfels Independent School District and currently in her 20th year of teaching. Marci has been married to co-founder Zack Walther for 13 years and they have 3 daughters; Ashton (12), Dani (9) and Lennon, our inspiration, forever 2 ½ months old. 

Zack Walther is the Vice-President and co-founder of Lennon-Aid. He is a Texas Americana music artist and has been touring and playing the music scene for over 17 years. Zack and Marci have been married for 13 years and have 3 children;Ashton (12), Dani (9), and Lennon, our inspiration, forever 2 ½ months old. 

Sarah Ford has served as Treasurer and Board of Directors member for Lennon-Aid since its inception in 2016. She has been working as a Special Education teacher with NEISD for the past 19 years. Sarah is married to her husband, Brandon, and together they spend all their free time running their 3 children, Rylie (12), Jackson (10) and Piper (8), around to all their extracurricular activities. 

Jeff Vaughn is an Advisory Member of the Board of Directors with Lennon-Aid. He has followed Lennon-Aid since its inception and joined the organization in 2020.  Jeff moved to New Braunfels in the summer of 2002, and has known the Walthers for over 20 years. Jeff is currently an administrator at Lamar Elementary with New Braunfels ISD, and has two children, Addie-Beth (13) and Austin (9).  He is very active within the New Braunfels community, and you may occasionally find him playing music around town.

Jessica Aguirre has served as Board of Directors Secretary and Events Chair since 2017. Jessica is a realtor with Living Texas Realty and serves for numerous local non-profits. Additionally, she is a Board Member for GrowNB Networking Group and is on the Four Rivers Association of Realtors Scholarship Committee.
